We begin by having

This allows us to provide guidance on what is achievable in the current property market. We then prepare a unique property profile which forms the starting point of our search.

Search & Preparing a Short List

We have established a widespread network of contacts consisting of estate agents, property developers & private vendors. Estate agents are aware that clients introduced by us are fully registered & therefore committed in their intention to purchase/rent properties. A key aspect of our service is previewing potential properties on our clients' behalf. This saves time, expense and frustration. Thereafter we are able to offer a shortlist for review.

Accompanied viewings & Negotiating terms

After preparing a shortlist of properties, we are able to accompany our client to the viewings ensuring that clients benefit from Graham & Graham Property Consultants expertise and advice. Our experience in the market allows us to achieve the best possible terms and equally importantly, the most competitive price for our clients.

Independent Property Consultants
